Welcome aboard Thomas Cook’s exciting tour to Portugal and Spain. Guided tour of Lisbon, capital of
Portugal.
Today, board your flight to Lisbon – the capital city of Portugal. On arrival, meet your local English speaking guide
who will take you on a city tour of this legendary city. See the medieval quarters of Alfama with its narrow streets, the
Baixa with its famous squares. Next, proceed to the Belém quarter. Photograph yourself with the Belém Tower in the
background. Also see St.Jerome Monastery, a world heritage site and many such interesting sights on your guided
tour. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at a local restaurant before you check-in to your hotel.

Onto Seville. Guided tour of this ancient city of Seville.
This morning after a buffet breakfast, check-out and sit back in your coach as we drive to Seville, situated on the
banks of the Guadalquivir river. Seville has a rich Moorish Heritage and used to be a prosperous port in the past as it
played an important role in commerce between Spain and America. On arrival, you will meet your English speaking
local guide for a tour of Seville, the largest historical centres in Europe. Here you will see famous cathedral of Seville –
amongst the largest of all medieval and Gothic cathedrals in the world. See Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, 18th
century bullring which is one of Spain’s oldest and famous for its Baroque façade. See Torre Del Oro - symbol of
Seville, a crenellated Moorish tower that was built in the thirteenth century to protect the port. Also see the Seville
Town hall, La Giralda tower, Royal Alcazar Palace, Plaza de Espana square and many such interesting sights on the

Guided city tour of the Moorish Spanish town of Cordoba with entrance to the Palace of Alcazar de los

Today we have a chance to see the world famous Flamenco show tonight. Today, after a buffet breakfast at your hotel
proceed to Cordoba – A very lively town in the city of Andalusia, a town of Flamenco and Bullfighting. Later proceed to
the Palace of Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos - Stunning beautiful fountains, basins, well-cut hedges, neatly arranged
Palm & Orange trees and innumerous other blooms. After a day full of scenic beauty and history return back to Seville
where a hot Indian dinner awaits you at a local restaurant. What’s more, tonight you have a chance to see the famous
Flamenco show.

Visit Toledo – a World Heritage city. Onto Madrid, capital of Spain.
Today, after a buffet breakfast at your hotel, check-out and sit back in your coach as we proceed to Toledo, known as
“city of three cultures” and one of Spain’s greatest wealth of monuments. On arrival, you will be taken around this
historic city which is famous for its swords since the medieval times. A visit to the sword factory is also included.
Later, commence your onward journey to Madrid - the heart of Spain. On arrival, check-in to the hotel and relax.
Tonight, enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at a local restaurant.

Guided city tour of Madrid.
This morning after a buffet breakfast, meet your english-speaking local guide for a tour of this lively city. See the old
town, the city centre dating from the 16th century when the Habsburg dynasty made Madrid the capital of Spain. You
also see the Sabatini Gardens, Campo del Moro, church of San Francisco El Grande, the fountains of Paseo del Prado,
Royal Palace and many more historical and modern sites. Later, you have some free time to explore the city on your
own. Later in the evening, enjoy a hot Indian dinner at a local restaurant.

Guided city tour of Barcelona.
This morning after a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to Zaragoza, one of the greatest monumental towns of
Spain. The city walls, churches, basilicas, palaces, stately houses and squares of the historic centre reflect the
different civilizations that settled in the city leaving the cultural legacy behind, waiting to be admired to this day. Here
you will have some free time before we proceed to Barcelona. On arrival, you will meet your English-speaking local
guide to explore this cosmopolitan Mediterranean city. See the Gothic Quarter with narrow streets, Olympic Village,
Sant Jordi Palace, Sagrada Familia-a unique creation that is Barcelona's universal symbol and many more beautiful
sights. Tonight, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a local restaurant.

• Passengers joining this tour must travel to from the hub city at their own expense.
• The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 31 August, 2012. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.

will be done by local buses and by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the
monuments as possible
• Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Olympics
games, Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships etc, the hotels may be blocked out
more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the
itineraries may have to be altered / amended.
